Our apartments are designed with you in mind which extends into our many amenities whose purpose is to ensure a comfortable living experience. APPLICATION FEES & SECURITY DEPOSITS: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent.* Amounts are based on combined household screening results on credit, income, and rental history. • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability.
