The 2 bedroom apartments offer more space, with 865 SQ FT floor plans, ideal for those who need a bit more space for a second bedroom or work-from-home setup. View our various floor plans to find your next home with us. APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent (based on credit, employment, rental history).* • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. Please contact the office for pricing and availability. • Renter's Insurance is required. Please see our FAQ page for more information. *A pre-payment of the first full month's rent may also be required upon move-in, depending on screening results and move-in date.
