Our one-bedroom apartments are 680 Sq Ft and come with the options of wood-burning fireplaces, wood flooring, and brushed nickel fixtures. Our two bedroom apartments are 890 Sq Ft and come with washer and dryer connections, a great half bath and a fireplace in select homes. APPLICATION FEES & SECURITY DEPOSITS: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent.* Amounts are based on combined household screening results on credit, income, and rental history. • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability.
