The application deposit is $100.00 plus any applicable fees to reserve your apartment home. The deposit will be returned if the application is not accepted. If accepted, the sum will be applied to the security deposit. At the time the lease is signed, the applicant agrees to pay the balance of the security deposit. If the applicant refuses to sign the lease after the application has been accepted, actual charges incurred, including but not limited to, loss of rent, will be deducted from the deposit and the balance (if any) refunded. Rental rates are subject to change.
