DEPOSITS AND FEES $25 Non-Refundable Application Fee (and $25 Co-Signer/Guarantor Application Fee if applicable) $100 Holding Deposit due at time of application Deposit ranges from $500 to two months' rent (based on credit/employment/rental history).
