Max 2 Pets Per Household - Restrictions Apply. Pets welcome at Copper River Apartments. We do have some restrictions. Restricted breeds that may not visit or maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog and any hybrid or mixed breed of one the aforementioned breeds. We also do not allow Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles (snakes/iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws). There is a maximum of 2 Pets per Household. Monthly Pet Fee is $25 per pet. There is a "One Time" fee of $300 per pet which must be paid prior to the pet being allowed in the Leased Premises. The fees are non-refundable. NOTE: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list.
