Dog/Cat Policy - We do permit pets in the Carriage House and Main 3-story apartment building of Kings Court Apartments. Residents may have one pet per apartment, and it cannot be more that 30 pounds full grown. These are strictly enforced and, if violated, may be cause for termination of your lease. A $300.00 potentially refundable Pet Deposit is required, but there is no additional monthly fee. We reserve the right to exclude aggressive and/or exotic pets. No pets are allowed in the Front House Apartments of Kings Court Apartments.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

Kings Court Apartments is comprised of 3 buildings - the historic Front House (FH), charming Carriage House (CH) and the traditional 3-story Main Apartment Building. You will find the floor plans for the 2- & 3-bedroom apartments located in the Main apartment building displayed below. Elevator from 1st-floor lobby gives access to 2nd- and 3rd-floor of Main apartment building (145 Kings Highway SW). The Main Apartment Building and the Front House have entry-code-limited access to the buildings. The 11 apartments located in the Front House and the 4 apartments in the Carriage House are each unique. When one of these apartments does become available, the floor plan, monthly rent and square footage will be displayed below. If no floor plans are displayed, it means no apartments are available in either the Front House or Carriage House (139 Kings Highway SW) at this time.
