Up-to-date kitchen appliances include electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, & refrigerator. Rent is $1,550.00 per month. An assigned, storage area (approx 70 sq. ft.), located in the basement of the building, is also included for each apartment. Personal access-code entry system provides limited access to each of the four, 3-story buildings comprising Silver Mill Apartments. An IMMEDIATE move-in date can be scheduled after the credit & background screenings are complete and the application has been approved.
