Affordable Housing Community  for individuals and families. The majority of units are subsidised through Washington State Housing Tax Credit program. 11 of the units are HUD / Project based Section 8, for individuals who are Mentally / Physically Disabled and/or Homeless. The applicants for these units are refered to us through the local DSHS office. 18 units are contracted through YWCA for homeless families and are by referral only. We gladly accept any type of Housing Choice vouchers from all sources for our tax credit units. Income limits do apply with the tax credit units. It is 50% of the Average Median Income in the surrounding area. Household size is also taken into account with the income limits.
