Mabton Migrant Apartments is an affordable duplex with buildings planned around a central plaza. The plaza serves as a community gathering place as well as a place for children and families to interact. The buildings are either two-story duplex townhouse units, or one- or two-story buildings with flats. A community building is also included in the development. Close to schools, library, shopping, post office and parks. Quiet neighborhood. Mabton Migrant Apartments does not have direct subsidy but offers affordable rents for low income households through the Washington State Housing Tax Credit Program.
