Pets allowed. At our community, we welcome our furry friends and understand that they are an important part of your family. To ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents, we allow one pet per resident with a required deposit and pet fee. For the safety and comfort of all residents, we do have a size and weight restriction for pets, with a maximum size of sixteen inches and a weight of 25 pounds. Please note that pets cannot be kept outside, and we do not allow reptiles or any aggressive breeds, such as pit bull, boberman pincsher, akita, cane corso, rottweiller, great dane, bull basif wolf hybrid, pesa canario, chow chow, german shepard, alskan malmute, or any mix of the previous breeds, or any other dog or breed deemed aggressive. We are happy to review your pet for approval and provide additional information on the deposit and fee. Please remember to keep your pet on a lease at all times when outside.
