Pets allowed. Vista at Summit Hill will allow only one type of pet per household after approval is obtained from the management office. One dog or one cat per unit (Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Dogs cannot exceed a thirty-pound weight limit.) Birds (parakeets or parrots) must be kept in a cage at all times and limited to two per household. Fish will be limited to no more than twenty (20) non-poisonous fish in a tank with a maximum capacity of twenty (20) gallons).Cats allowed. Pet limit 1 allowed. Limit 1 dog or cat per unit. Dogs allowed. Max weight 30 lb each. Pet limit 1 allowed. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Doberman Pinschers allowed. Limit 1 dog or cat per unit.
