The site will have a gazebo, paved sidewalks, outdoor seating. The site is also perfectly located, close to walking trails, minutes from downtown Fairport. The site will have 24/7 Property Maintenance and professionally managed by PathStone Management Corporation. Income limits do apply for this housing complex.
NYS has designated 38 units set aside for the Homeless Frail Elderly population who is age 62 or older as part of the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) program. The income limit on these units is 50% of the AMI. Rochester Regional is the service provider for this program at Midvale Commons. If you are interested in the ESSHI units have your case manager refer you to Continuum of Care. If you do not have a case worker you may go in person to the Department of Human Services at 691 St. Paul St. Rochester, NY 14605 to get set up with a case worker.
