Palo Verde Gardens is age restricted to individuals 62 years and older and/or disabled. Waitlist applications may be picked up at the Palo Verde Gardens management office located at 101 N. Palo Verde Dr, Henderson, NV 89015 on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To request a waitlist application be mailed or emailed to you, please call (702) 726-6070.   We currently have very limited apartment availability. Maximum income limits are based on the number of household members. The maximum income limits listed are reflective of the most common apartment sizes.
