The Gardens at Birmingham is an affordable rental community and income restrictions apply: To qualify for a 60% Area Medium Income Apartment For a 1 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $50,100*. For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $57,240*. For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $64,380*. For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $71,520*. For a 5 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $77,280*. For a 6 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $82,980*. *Income Limits are Subject to Change Additional Requirement: Household monthly gross income must be a minimum of 2 times the monthly rent.
