Windom Apartments offers various types of units including market rate, Housing Tax Credit (HTC) units, and subsidized units. The HTC program offers lowered rent amounts. Income limits do apply, please see the Unit Search page for additional details. An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to the first month of rent are due at the time of application.
We also offer subsidized units. This means, for those who income qualify, the monthly rent is based on 30% of the household's gross income. Income restrictions apply, please see the Unit Search tab for additional information. A security deposit equal to the first month of rent is due when you sign your lease. Sorry, Section 8 Vouchers are not welcome at these units.
The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
