This property is funded through USDA's Rural Development Affordable Housing Program. When we have Rental Assistance available, households who income qualify will pay rent based on 30% of their gross income. For those over the income limit or when Rental Assistance is not available, we offer competitive rental rates.
A $35 per adult application fee, as well as a $500.00 security deposit, are due with the completed application. All adult applicants must pass a criminal and credit check. The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults.
