Vista Village located in St. Paul, MN, offers affordable one and two bedroom apartments in a smoke-free community!  Fully accessible apartments are available. Each unit has individually controlled heat. Amenities include controlled access entry, computer lab, on-site laundry facilities, and more. Heat, trash, and water are included in cost of rent. At Vista Village, qualified residents pay approximately 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent. Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher holders are also encouraged to apply.
Vista Village is currently accepting applications for the 1 and 2 bedroom wait lists. Completed applications must be received by mail or returned to the management office.  All qualified prospects will be placed on our Wait List.
