Silver Lake Pointe offers affordable one and two bedroom homes for seniors aged 55+ or better in a beautifully maintained building surrounded by parks and wetlands. Our independent living site boasts a stunning community room with fireplace, full kitchen, patio and gas grill. Residents can also enjoy a library, beauty/barber shop, puzzle room, sunroom, and solarium. On site Advantage Services provides support services designed to help residents live independently in a caring community. Please note that Silver Lake Pointe is not a Section 8 property. Rent is  NOT  30 percent of the household's monthly income. We do however accept Section 8 vouchers.
