Enhanced supportive services are provided to residents through a joint partnership between Aeon and Simpson Housing Services. Residents will be connected to an on-site case manager. The on-site supportive services team is built upon Aeon's Resident Connections program model to provide resources and community involvement opportunities for residents. The front desk, staffed 24 hours a day, offers added support. To qualify, applicants must be homeless 1 year continuously or 4 times in the last three years.
