Development History Aeon completed a $2.4 million renovation on this dilapidated, outdated apartment building in 2003. As was common with many buildings built in the 1970s, Pine Cliff was created with inexpensive materials that needed replacement. Aeon transformed a run-down property into safe, quality homes. The design incorporated well-lit common spaces and windows overlooking the street and parking lot.
