Development History
The development was a historic preservation of a 1910 addition to St. Barnabas Hospital. The building had been vacant for decades when Allina Hospitals and Clinics donated it to Aeon in 2001.
Adjacent to St. Barnabas is The Summit, 13 apartments for low-income working adults. Residents at The Summit have a separate, private entrance to the building.
