When we have Rental Assistance available, household's who income qualify will pay rent based on 30% of their gross income. For those over the income limit or when Rental Assistance is not available, we offer competitive rental rates. A $35 per adult application fee, as well as a $500.00 security deposit are due with the completed application. All adult applicants must pass a criminal and credit check.

Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
