Welcome to Baltimore’s newest creative home in the Bromo Tower Arts District and Market Center neighborhood. Four Ten offers 1bdr, 2bdr lofts and 3bdr affordable artist and market rate units. Designed for artists and built for the community, Four Ten features two new environmentally friendly buildings featuring large light filled studios with high ceilings. Live and work in this creative community and enjoy creative amenities including a gallery, sound studio, multipurpose room, bike storage, a spray booth and a garden courtyard. "Designed for Artists, built for the community"  Four Ten Lofts was informed and designed through artist and community input. Our artist specific amenities were suggested by conversing with artists in the Bromo Tower Arts and Entertainment District.   New artists residents applying to Four Ten are interviewed and evaluated by our artist selection committee, a welcoming group of artists with diverse art disciplines and backgrounds in the Baltimore community.
