Max Weight 40 lb each. Pet Limit 2 allowed. 2 Pets Max Per Unit. No Aggressive breeds allowed. Dogs: Must be 40 pounds when fully grown or pre-approved by us under special circumstances Must have all proper vaccinations, veterinary care, and be housebroken Must take outside to relieve itself (no excreting on the flooring or inside the unit) Must have proper licensing and identification Aggressive breeds may be restricted (see the office for details) Cannot be left unattended outside, must be on a leash outside the apartment Must be secured or restrained during inspections, maintenance visits, and other times We may enter the unit Cats: Must remain inside the unit or on a leash, cannot roam outside unattended or unrestrained Must have proper licensing and identification Must have all proper vaccinations, veterinary care, and be litter box or toilet trained Litter boxes must be cleaned regularly and not have an odor Birds: Must be caged, may not be let outside the apartment Fish: Must be contained in a bowl or aquarium of ten (10) gallons or less Rodents: Certain hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, or other domesticated rodents are permitted Must be contained in an appropriate cage or housing (may not run free around the apartment) May not be let outside the apartment We do not permit any other types of animals to be brought into the apartment community as pets. *Other Restrictions Apply.
