Located within an 80-plus home development on Zika Avenue next to Ellis Golf Course, the 20 homes in this community offer 1,400 square feet of living space and feature Energy Star appliances, a garage, unfinished basement and computer for personal use. All residents at Sugar Creek Bend participate in a homeownership program that is offered by a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency. Each month, $100 of each resident's rent amount is deposited that resident can use to buy a home.
