All residents at Sugar Creek Bend participate in a homeownership program that is offered by a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency. Each month, $100 of each resident's rent amount is deposited that resident can use to buy a home. The homeownership program will include improving credit scores, debt management, creating a plan to save for a down payment and closing costs, and more.
Income restrictions apply. Due to our Section 42 status, we cannot rent to households completely comprised of full-time students. Application fee: $25/adult over age 18
