cigars, pipes, etc. by residents, visitors, or guest on or within the Project’s common areas is PROHIBITED.
Number of Units & Size: 60 One Bedrooms Apartment Units; 450 sq. ft.
Income Limits: $42,300 per year for one (1) person & $48,350 per year for two (2) persons.
