Connections at 6th has 68 units with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The buildings have a key-only (electronic fob) entry with an intercom system for guest access. Each building has an elevator and a community laundry room. All units are handicapped accessible, have at least nine-foot ceilings, full-sized laundry hook-ups, central air conditioning and heating, dishwashers, garbage disposals, oak kitchen cabinets and pantries. All apartments have built-in emergency sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and “Juliet”-style balconies. Some units have scenic mountain views. It has easy public transportation access, is within a mile of schools, and is close to I-225 for convenience to commuters.
