One apartment home has been set aside for the community manager. Case management and care coordination are provided onsite by local service providers, including the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, Father Joes Villages, CASA Familiar, San Ysidro Health, San Diego PACE. The Hope through Housing Foundation adds another level of support, providing additional tools and resources to help residents adjust to their new home.
