Applications can be obtained at the leasing office located at 675 N 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85006 or by calling (602) 466-3495 or by emailing [email protected].   Aeroterra Phase III with 74 new, beautifully constructed one to four bedroom units, accepted applications for a waitlist lottery draw on September 15, 16 and 17, 2016. The lottery is now closed. However, at this time, the property is accepting applications for the waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis. An announcement will be made on this website should the waiting list close. The name draw to form the Aeroterra Phase III waitlist is underway. Once the waitlist is complete, the process of contacting applicants will begin on Monday, September 26th. All applicants who participated in the lottery should allow two weeks from that date to be notified of their placement on the waitlist. To lease the units available, property management staff will contact applicants in the order in which they were placed on the waitlist, applying program guidelines, income qualifications, and occupancy standards.
