Pet Fees: Dogs: - $35 per month, per dog - $200 one-time non-refundable fee per dog Cats: - $25 per month, per cat - $150 one-time non-refundable fee per cat Prohibited Breeds: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, St. Francis Terrier, or Wolf. Also, No Mix of/with Any Restricted Breed is Allowed. A photo and/or veterinary paperwork may be required with your application. Comments: All pets must be accompanied by a resident and controlled with a leash or pet carrier when outside of your apartment. Tie outs on patios are not allowed.
