Rowan Grove is located on the hill at 921, 923, 925 & 929 20th St, an easy walk to WWU. There are two picnic areas with barbeques and picnic tables for our residents enjoyment. Our on-site laundry facility, for the exclusive use of Rowan Grove residents, is well lit and clean, and provides three coin-operated Kenmore washing machines and four coin operated dryers, a laundry sink and clothes-folding table. Secure mail boxes for each unit are located in the entry stairwell area of the 929 building; recycling bins and dumpster are located at the west end of that building. Assigned parking is off the alley. $60 application fee per applicant - $60 application fee per co-signer - If approved, applicants should expect to sign a lease and pay Security Deposit along with a one-time $175 Administrative Fee.
