Our unique mix of townhomes and flats offer 1, 2, or 3 bedroom floor plans that are surrounded by mature trees and beautiful landscaping. This lush environment encompasses a scenic lake and fishing pier at our community. For shorter term leases (3-6 months) an additional $150 fee will be charged per month. Applicants over 18 years of age are subject to approval through a third-party screening service that verifies:  Government issued ID  Household income  Rental history  Credit screening  Criminal history screening. Additional information may be required to provide final approval of your rental application. If this is the case, we’ll contact you via email with instructions on what to do next.
