Pet Limit 2 allowed. No breed restrictions. Pet Fee and Rent is per pet. Pets require a one time non-refundable fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $20. All fees and pet rent are per pet. The pet fee may be paid in two installments; 50% of fee due immediately and 50% due with the next month’s rent. No more than (2) two pets are allowed per household. An in-office pet interview and current vaccination records are required prior to approval. We reserve the right to reject any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior of any kind during the interview. Animals at no time are allowed to disturb other residents. Animals are only allowed on the balcony if supervised. Animals are to be on a leash and under the control of the resident at all times. Pet owners are required to pick up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $200 per occurrence. No exotic animals or reptiles accepted. A copy of the medical professional’s note certified the need for a service animal is required to document the file. No visiting animals allowed.   A $45 registration fee will be collected at move-in for dog DNA sample to register with the World Wide Pet Registery.
