That’s why we strive to be one of the best pet-friendly apartments in Irving, TX.  For details on pet rules and restrictions, see below:   Pets that are 75-pounds or less are allowed (must meet this weight limit).   Immunization records & pet insurance are required.  Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to, German Shepherd & Shepherd Mixes, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier & Pit Bull Mixes, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler & Rottweiler Mixes, Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow & Chow Mixes, Wolf Dogs & Wolf Hybrid, & Doberman Pinscher.    If you have pets, you are required to pay a pet deposit of $200.00 in addition to a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 and $20.00 monthly for pet rent, per pet.      Please contact the office for more details.
