Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to: Purebred (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard) Crossbreed (Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Type)Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 99lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records. Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
