Pets allowed. Tall Timbers is proud to be a pet-friendly community in Houston, TX. For every pet that lives with you, there is a required pet fee/deposit. You must sign an animal addendum at move in and make sure that your pet complies with our size and weight restrictions. In general, we allow animals such as housebroken dogs, cats, and caged animals. Please note: No more than two animals per unit, and no animal breeding is allowed on any property. Caged animals must remain in their cages, meet the city code, and be licensed. No exotic pets are allowed. Breed restrictions will apply to all communities. Below is a listing of dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies. This list should not be considered all-inclusive, so please discuss any questions with the leasing office.
