We believe in a clean, safe environment for all pets and that means respectful scooping of waste. We welcome you and your pet to The Retreat at West Park Apartments. Please read about our pet policy below. We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 99 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to: Purebred Crossbreed Pit Bull Wolf-Dog Hybrid Rottweiler German Shepherd German Shepherd Pit Bull Type Malamute Husky-Type Doberman Pinscher Chow Chow Great Dane Saint Bernard Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 99 lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records.
