Pets allowed. We know your furry friends are important to you and we welcome them in our community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit of 40 lbs per pet. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. There is a $250 one time, non-refundable fee and $250 pet deposit for the first pet There is an additional $100 fee and $100 deposit required for a 2nd pet. Aggressive breed restrictions apply. Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.
