Pets allowed. We know your furry friends are important to you and we welcome them in our community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet. There is a $300 one time, non-refundable fee per pet and a $200 pet deposit. Aggressive breed restrictions apply. Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.
