PET POLICY (Not applicable to Assistance Animals) A maximum of two (2) approved pets are allowed per apartment unit at this Apartment Community. The only pets allowed at this Apartment Community are certain acceptable breeds of domesticated dogs, cats and birds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any pet(s) that are designated or deemed to be illegal by city, county, state or federal law or ordinances are unacceptable and hereby prohibited. Unacceptable dog breeds include, but are not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix, variation, descendent or product of one or more of the foregoing breeds. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Apartment Community reserves the right to disapprove or prohibit, in its sole discretion, any pet(s). Additional Information: A photograph of the pet(s) to be returned with pet application. We allow up to two (2) pets per home with no weight limit. Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300 and Pet Rent $20 per pet. Proof of licensure of pet(s) described above, if required by law. Proof of spaying and/or inoculation (including, without limitation, rabies inoculation) of pet(s) described above, if required by law.
