Pets allowed. We know your furry friends are important to you and we welcome them in our community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. No need to put Fido on a diet as there is no weight limit, however there is a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. There is a $200 one time, non-refundable fee per pet and a $200 pet deposit. Aggressive breed restrictions apply. Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.
