Pets welcome. A maximum of two pets allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. No weight limit. Participation in Poo Prints, DNA World Pet Registry required. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee, per pet required. Refundable pet deposit, per pet required. Greystone Vista allows 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. RAM Partners has a "NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS" policy. Dog breeds and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening prior to move-in. We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!
