Pet limit 2 allowed. One-Time Fee| $350 for one $450 for two. $20 Pet Month Pet Rent Per Pet. Breed restrictions apply. We are pet friendly at The Farm at Golston Hill and even have a bark park and pet spa for our furry friends! We do, however, have certain breed restrictions listed below PET POLICY: Limit 2 pets per apartment. We only accept dogs and cats. We must have current shot records listing the breed and a current picture. PROHIBITED BREEDS: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Malamute, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, and any other aggressive breed. A mix of any above breed not permitted. List subject to change at Management discretion. All pets subject to prior approval by Management. PET FEES: We have a $350 non-refundable pet fee if you have one pet and a $450 non-refundable pet fee if you have two! PET RENT: We have a $25 per month pet rent charge per pet which is due on the first of the month with your monthly rental amount.
