Pets allowed. The Retreat at Spring Creek welcomes up to two pets per home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 - $45 and is dependent on the pet screening with a third party company. The Retreat at Spring Creek has a weight limit policy of 90 lbs per pet. RAM Partners has a "NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS" policy. Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof, prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and the American Pit Bull Terrier) and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants are required to complete a Pet Application/ Screening prior to move-in. Please contact the management office for more information.
