Our Beech models (746 sq ft) are one-bed, one-bath, including an in-unit laundry room. Our Dogwood (764 sq ft), Birch (717 sq ft) and Elm (804 sq ft) models are similar but feature a bathtub. Our Longleaf models (1,202 sq ft) are two-bed, two-bath, with a lively central living and kitchen area. The Hickory (1,093 sq ft), Hemlock (1,044 sq ft), and Holly (1,163 sq ft) models feature slightly larger bedrooms, while the Magnolia (1,267 sq ft) features an additional room for office space. Finally, our Oak models (1,655 sq ft) are spacious three-bed, three-bath apartments with an abundance of natural light.
