Pets allowed. We have a 2 pet max pet policy an each pet must be under 50 pounds. No aggressive breeds are accepted. There is a $350 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. Our monthly pet rent is $15 per month per pet. We do require all of our pets to register with PetScreening.com with a DNA sample requirement upon move in.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.
