Washington Square Townhomes opened in July-August 2017 in Chambersburg, PA. This community includes 12 brand new townhomes and 48 two- and three-bedroom units. On-site coordinators provide supportive services to residents of our affordable rental communities. The ultimate goal is to improve residents' quality of life by increasing their access to services and by facilitating their participation in programs that enhance their physical, social, mental, and financial wellbeing. Nearby are great elementary, middle, and high school ratings based on test scores and additional metrics when available. Washington Square Townhomes is within 22 minutes or 14.2 miles from Shippensburg University. It is also near Hagerstown Community College and Gettysburg College. It is a very walkable neighborhood along with a variety of bike paths and lanes.
