Income Limits - To qualify to live at the Ramona, your household must meet the income requirements . Student Households – There are a few exceptions, but, in general, households made up entirely of full-time students are not eligible to live at the Ramona . Occupancy – The Ramona has a minimum number of residents per apartment. Availability – There are no current vacancies. We maintain a waiting list and encourage you to consider signing up.
