LOCATED ACROSS FROM POPULAR NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANTS PODNAH’S PIT, LA TAQ, HAT YAI, AND HANDSOME PIZZA, OUR CASSI PROJECT ADDS TO THE VIBRANCY OF THE HISTORIC KILLINGSWORTH COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR IN NE PORTLAND. Short for Cassiopea, the constellation in the NE sky, Cassi is in the heart of NE Portland. The building includes retail shops and restaurants on the ground floor, while the upper three floors feature a glass atrium surrounded by 34 residential units. We created Cassi with high-quality design such as floor to ceiling windows, concrete floors throughout, crisp white cabinetry, and abundant natural light.
